Looking For

If you have a band/group missing a bassist, your rhythm has a hollow sound or is nonexistent , or the drummer really wants to sing for a couple songs, then I'm your guy. I listen to and play all kinds of contemporary music and have some good experience performing funk/gospel. That said, I am used to learning songs in an hour or so and am looking for a (semi)committed rock/alt/funk group to jam and/or gig with.

Otherwise, I'm looking for a drummer to assist me with songwriting/brainstorm jams (or practice songs that I've written).

Bio

25y/o he/him. Not Single. Vaxed. Ex-Pentecostal bass player; three years every Sunday, and if you know that kind of church music, you know it's busy licks. I have enough OG songs to write an album. Sadly, I no longer have drums, nor the space to host practice. My twin-amp setup allows a full guitar and bass sound simultaneously (or either separately), but the bass signal sounds better shifted up an octave rather than a guitar shifted down- that is the nature of my setup. I can't slap, but I'm learning. I normally play with a pick- if you think this is a cardinal sin, go outside. I have other experience in alt/indie, southern rock/country, and rock bands around the Athens/Atlanta area.
